POSSIBILITY THAT CIRCUMFERENTIAL SURFACE CRACKS ON THE INSIDE OF THE TIRE MAYDEVELOP, WHICH COULD CAUSE FAILURE OF THE INNER TUBE.(CORRECT BY INSPECTINGAND REPLACING TIRES WHERE NECESSARY).
