THE INVOLVED TIRES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES", IN REGARD TO THE PLUNGER ENERGY PORTION OF THE STANDARD.

Corrective Summary:
ALL TIRES WILL BE REPLACED, MOUNTED, AND BALANCED FREE OF CHARGE TO OWNER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION.
