TIRES FAILED FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO.109, FOR HIGH SPEEDTESTS.CROSS SECTION ANALYSIS INDICATED A SLIGHT SHOULDER TREAD SEPARATION.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING TIRE WITH ONE THAT PASSES FMVSS 109 TESTS).
