Defect Summary:
TIRES FROM DEFECTIVE MOLD MAY HAVE A HOLE IN THE UPPER SIDEWALL ON THE DOT SERIAL SIDE OF THE TIRE.

Consequence Summary:
TIRES WILL LEAK WHEN INFLATED WHEN A HOLE IS PRESENT IN THE SIDEWALL.

Corrective Summary:
TIRES WILL BE REPLACED AT NO COST TO CONSUMER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION.
