Defect Summary:
CERTAIN GOODYEAR EAGLE GPH TIRES, SIZE P195/60R15, PRODUCED ON MAY 23, 2004. THESE TIRES DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT SIDEWALL MARKING WHICH DOES NOT COMFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109.

Corrective Summary:
GOODYEAR WILL REPLACE THE NONCOMPLIANT TIRES FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN AUGUST 20, 2004. OWNERS DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT GOODYEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 330-796-7977.
