Defect Summary:
A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE PRODUCTION IN THIS SIZE AND TYPE MAY HAVE A MISPLACED PLY ENDING IN THE LOWER SIDEWALL. AS A RESULT, FLEXING WILL DEVELOP IN THE LOWER SIDEWALL UNDER SUSTAINED HIGH TIRE LOAD AND COULD RESULT IN TREAD SEPARATION AND COMPONENT BREAKUP. Corrective Summary:
THE DEALER WILL REPLACE ALL RECALL TIRES AND MOUNT AND BALANCE REPLACEMENT TIRES FREE OF CHARGE WITHIN 60 DAYS OF NOTIFICATION. Recall Notes:
