TIRES FAIL TO COMPLY WITH THE ECD 30 HIGH SPEED TEST FOR THE S-SPEED LEVEL.

Consequence Summary:
TIRES MAY DEVELOP BELT EDGE SEPARATION AND BUBBLE IN THEUPPER SIDEWALL NEAR THE TREAD. THIS COULD CAUSE RAPID AIR LOSS AND VEHICLECRASH.

Corrective Summary:
TIRES WILL BE REPLACED AT NO COST TO THE CONSUMER WITHIN 60 DAYS FROM DATE OF NOTIFICATION.
