HITCHES, ATTACHED TO SMALL TRAILERS THAT ATTACH TO MOTORCYCLES, MAY CONTAIN SUBSTANDARD MATERIALS IN THE CHROME BALL COUPLER.

Consequence Summary:
COUPLER COULD FAIL, ALLOWING TRAILER TO SEPARATE FROM MOTORCYCLE, WHICH COULD RESULT IN THE TRAILER CRASHING INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE OR OBJECT IN THE VICINITY.

Corrective Summary:
INSTALL REPLACEMENT CHROME BALL COUPLER THAT CONTAINS PROPER MATERIALS.
