Defect Summary:
EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: STEERING RELAY LEVERS. THESE LEVERS CAN DEVELOP SURFACE CRACKING.

Consequence Summary:
THIS CRACKING CONDITION COULD CAUSE A PORTION OF THE LEVER TO BREAK OFF, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO LOSE STEERING CONTROL.

Corrective Summary:
DANA/SPICER WILL PROVIDE NEW STEERING RELAY LEVERS TO THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS.

Recall Notes:
ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS WILL PERFORM THE OWNER NOTIFICATION AND REMEDY FOR THIS CAMPAIGN.
