Defect Summary:
THE INTERAXLE DRIVELINE U-JOINTS MAY FAIL AT LOW MILEAGE DUE TO LACK OF LUBRICATION IN THE U-JOINT IN THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS.

Consequence Summary:
THE DRIVELINE COULD SEPARATE WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING WHICHCOULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK, NEARBY VEHICLES, AND INJURY TO ANYONEIN THE AREA WHEN DRIVELINE SEPARATION OCCURS.

Corrective Summary:
REMOVE AND REPLACE THE INTERAXLE U-JOINTS.
