POSSIBLE OMISSION OF KINGPIN BRACES AND FINAL WELDING.

Consequence Summary:
WITH THE ABOVE DEFECT THE 5TH WHEEL KINGPIN ASSEMBLYCOULD COLLAPSE UNEXPECTEDLY AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO BOTH THE TOW VEHICLE AS WELL ASTHE 5TH WHEEL.
