UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, THE SAFETY RETAINER NUT COULD CRACK DUE TO A DEFECT IN THE SCREWS.

LIFT ARM COULD FAIL AND RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT WITHPOTENTIAL FOR INJURY TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE VICINITY.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE RETAINER NUT USING REPLACEMENT KIT.
