POSSIBLE LOOSE CONNECTION IN THE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD COULD SEPARATE AND CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL ARC.

Consequence Summary:
IF THE CIRCUIT BREAKER FAILS TO TRIP, THE ARCING MAYCONTINUE WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR A FIRE.

Corrective Summary:
NEW IMPROVED CONVERTER WILL REPLACE THE OLD ONE.
