FAILURE OF THE BACKREST MOUNTING ARMS DUE TO IMPROPER HEAT TREATMENT.

Consequence Summary:
BACKREST MAY BREAK FROM WEIGHT OF PASSENGER DURINGACCELERATION, POSSIBLY INJURING PASSENGER.

Corrective Summary:
CUSTOMERS WILL BE REQUESTED TO RETURN BACKREST AND RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE.
