EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: TAIL LIGHTS USED ON BUSES. THE BULB HAS REVERSED FILAMENT CONTACTS, CAUSING THE LIGHTS TO DIM RATHER THAN BRIGHTEN WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED. Consequence Summary:
A FOLLOWING VEHICLE MAY NOT BE AWARE OF THE BUS STOPPING, INCREASING THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH. Corrective Summary:
THESE BULBS WILL BE REPLACED WITH CORRECTLY MANUFACTURED BULBS. Recall Notes:
