Defect Summary:
THERE IS A MARGINAL WELD PENETRATION BETWEEN THE BRACKET WELDMENT AND THE PLATE. THIS CAN CAUSE THE BRACKET AND PLATE TO SEPARATE.

Consequence Summary:
SEPARATION OF THE BRACKET AND THE PLATE CAN CAUSE ANYTOWED VEHICLE TO SEPARATE FROM THE TOWING TRUCK OR TRACTOR AND RESULT IN AVEHICLE ACCIDENT.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE THE MOUNTING BRACKET AND PLATE.
