THE HELMET DID NOT PASS FOUR OF THE FIVE TESTING CATEGORIES OF FMVSS 218, "MOTORCYCLE HELMETS."

Consequence Summary:
THE HELMET DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OFFMVSS 218, AND WOULD FAIL TO ADEQUATELY PROTECT WEARER IN THE EVENT OF ANACCIDENT OR COLLISION.

Corrective Summary:
REFUND THE FULL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE DEFECTIVE HELMETS.
