Defect Summary:
TAG AXLE HYDRA VAC BRAKE BOOSTER MOUNTING BRACKET MAY CRACK AND FAIL.

Consequence Summary:
SHOULD THE MOUNTING BRACKET BREAK A LOSS OF POWER ASSISTWOULD OCCUR IN THE TAG AXLE BRAKING SYSTEM.

Corrective Summary:
INSTALL A REINFORCEMENT PLATE TO THE BOOSTER MOUNTING BRACKET.
