THE OUTERMOST INPUT BEARING COULD FAIL DUE TO INSUFFICIENT LUBRICATION. ADDITIONALLY, THE COUNTERSHAFT BORE PLUG HAS A TENDENCY TO MOVE OUT OF THE BORE IN THE TRANSMISSION HOUSING. THE RESULT IS LOSS OF LUBRICANT IN THE AUXILIARY TRANSMISSION, WHICH CAN ALSO CAUSE THE VEHICLE TO BECOME IMMOBILE.

Corrective Summary:
DEALER WILL REPLACE THE TRANSMISSION UNIT WITH A FACTORY SUPPLIED UNIT, FREE OF CHARGE.
