Only portable generator model numbers EM4000SX, EM5000SXK3 and EM6500SXK2 with hazard labels printed in Japanese are affected. The word Honda and the model numbers are located on the side of the generator. The battery is located above the wheel. The model number and serial numbers are located on the generator frame.
