Defect Summary:CHILD RESTRAINT FAILED HEAD AND KNEE EXCURSION REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 213.
Consequence Summary:
CHILD WOULD BE SUBJECT TO GREATER INJURY IN A SUDDEN STOPOR ACCIDENT.
Corrective Summary:
REPLACE ULTARA II SEAT SHELLS WITH CHAMPION SEAT SHELLS, AND USE THE ULTARA II T-SHIELDS WITH THE CHAMPION SEAT SHELLS. FOR MORE INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT EVENFLO AT 800-233-5921.
