Defect Summary:
POSITIVE BATTERY CABLE LEAD TO THE STARTER SOLENOID MAY SEPARATE FROM THE ROUTING CLAMP CUTTING THE INSULATION ON THE LEAD.

Consequence Summary:
THIS COULD CAUSE A SHORT CIRCUIT IN THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM THAT COULD RESULT IN THE ENGINE STOPPING AND THE LIGHTS GOING OUT WITHPOTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.

Corrective Summary:
MODIFY BY INSTALLATING A RUBBER GROMMET IN THE BRACKET HOLE, REROUTING AND CLAMPING LEADS TO THE BRACKET WITH A NEW BAND.
