WHITE CAMPAIGN NO 7610.TRUCK.POSSIBILITY THAT IMPROPER WHEEL NUTS FOR DISCWHEELS WERE USED IN PRODUCTION.THESE NUTS DO NOT PROPERLY FIT THE TAPEREDMOUNTING HOLES IN WHEELS.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REPLACING WITH PROPERWHEEL MOUNTING NUTS).HEAVY TRUCK.
