VOLVO CAMPAIGN NO V-14.MODELS 142, 144, 145, 164, 182 AND 183 ONLY.POSSIBILITY THAT THROTTLE CONTROL CABLE INNER WIRE MAY BECOME FRAYED ANDPOSSIBLY CAUSE THROTTLE TO BECOME STUCK IN PARTIALLY-OPEN POSITION.IFCONDITION EXISTS, VEHICLE WOULD BECOME DIFFICULT TO CONTROL.(CORRECT BYINSPECTING AND REPLACING WITH NEW IMPROVED CABLE WHERE NECESSARY.).
