POSSIBILITY THAT VEHICLES WERE ASSEMBLED WITHOUT REAR SHELF PANEL REINFORCEMENT PLATES FOR THE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELTS.DURING SEVERE IMPACT, THIS PANEL COULD FAIL AT LESS THAN DESIGN IMPACT SPECIFICATIONS.(INSPECT AND INSTALL REINFORCEMENT PLATES AS REQUIRED.)
