Consequence Summary:
SITTING IN AN UNBELTED SEAT WHILE RIDING WOULD SUBJECTTHE OCCUPANT TO INCREASED RISK OF INJURY IN AN ACCIDENT OR SUDDEN STOP.

Corrective Summary:
INSTALL ADDITIONAL SEAT BELTS IN ALL APPROPRIATE PLACES.
