Defect Summary:
Morbark Inc. (Morbark) is recalling certain model year 2013-2016 Beever M15R wood-chipper trailers manufactured February 6, 2013, to August 3, 2016, and Beever M20R wood-chipper trailers manufactured January 5, 2009, to August 3, 2016. The stop lights and tail lights on the affected vehicles may be located too high to be easily seen. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Consequence Summary:
Rear lights that cannot easily be seen increase the risk of a crash.

Corrective Summary:
Morbark will notify owners and dealers will install a kit that repositions the lights, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin October 11, 2016. Owners may contact Morbark customer service at 1-517-866-2381.

Defect Summary:
Morbark, Inc. (Morbark) is recalling certain model year 2009-2016 Beever wood chipper trailers manufactured January 5, 2009, to August 3, 2016. The affected trailers are missing reflex reflectors. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Consequence Summary:
Without reflectors, the wood chipper trailer may be less visible to other traffic, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Summary:
Morbark will notify owners and provide them with reflectors to install, free of charge. The recall is expected to begin October 3, 2016. Owners may contact Morbark customer service at 1-517-866-2381.
