FORD CAMPAIGN NO H-OA.POSSIBILITY THAT THE STARTER CABLE WAS IMPROPERLYROUTED DURING ASSEMBLY.IF THIS CONDITION EXISTS, THE PROTECTIVE SLEEVE ANDCABLE WILL RUB AGAINST THE EDGE OF THE FRONT SUSPENSION RIGHT UPPER CONTROL ARMAND CAN WEAR THROUGH AND RESULT IN A BATTERY VOLTAGE SHORT TO THE UPPER ARM.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND REROUTING CABLE TO PRECLUDE CONTACT WITH UPPER ARM).
