THE INVOLVED TRUCKS MAY HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED WITH A GRADE 5 BOLT INSTEAD OF THE SPECIFIED GRADE 8 BOLT.

Corrective Summary:
DEALER WILL REPLACE GRADE 5 BOLTS WITH GRADE 8 BOLTS.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRUCKS, CAB-OVER-ENGINE.SYSTEM: STEERING LINKAGES; PITMAN ARM.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: THIS CONDITION MAY ALLOW THE PITMAN ARM TO SEPARATEFROM THE REST OF THE SUSPENSION, CAUSING LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND ANACCIDENT.
