POSSIBILITY WHEEL MOUNTING HEX NUTS ARE NOT PROPERLY TORQUED AND DO NOT CONTACT WHEEL LUG NUT HOLES.IF NOT PROPERLY TORQUED AND SEATED, WHEELS POSSIBLY COULD WORK LOOSE AND LEAVE VEHICLE.(CORRECT BY RE- PLACING NUTS AND WHEELS WHEN NECESSARY.)
