Defect Summary:
REPLACEMENT HEADLAMPS WERE NOT APPROVED FOR HIGHWAY USE IN THE U. S. AND DO NOT COMPLY WITH FMVSS 108.

Consequence Summary:
HEADLAMPS WOULD NOT PROVIDE PROPER ILLUMINATION ANDCOULD CAUSE GLARE TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE HEADLAMPS WITH ORIGINAL DOT CERTIFIED LAMPS.
