Consequence Summary:
THE FUEL CAP COULD LEAK IN ACCIDENT CONDITIONS, SUCH ASA VEHICLE ROLLOVER. IF A FIRE DEVELOPS, LEAKING DIESEL FUEL COULD IGNITE ANDCAUSE PERSONAL INJURY.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE THE FUEL CAP WITH A NEW TYPE LEVER CAP.
