GENERAL MOTORS CAMPAIGN NO CHEVROLET 72-C-11 GMC 72-C-8.TRUCKS.POSSIBILITYTHAT REAR AXLE U-BOLT ANCHOR PLATES WERE MANUFACTURED WITH INCORRECT MOUNTINGRADIUS.ANCHOR PLATE WITHIN CORRECT RADIUS AT POINT WHERE IT MOUNTS TO BOTTOMOF AXLE HOUSING IS SUBJECT TO BREAKAGE.BROKEN ANCHOR PLATE COULD RESULT INSEPARATION OF REAR AXLE FROM CHASSIS, THEREBY AFFECTING VEHICLE CONTROL.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING CORRECT ANCHOR PLATE.)
