VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: TRUCKS; PARCEL DELIVERY.SYSTEM: ENGINE; ENGINE COOLING FANS.CONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: SEPARATED PORTIONS OF THE FAN MAY DAMAGE ENGINECOMPONENTS. IF HOOD IS OPEN WHEN FAN DISINTEGRATION OCCURS, BYSTANDERS COULD BESERIOUSLY INJURED.
