THIS WOULD AFFECT OPERATOR CONTROL OF ENGINE SPEED ANDENGINE SHUTOWN CAPABILITY, WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.

Corrective Summary:
RETIGHTEN FASTENER TO SPECIFIED TORQUE AND USE SELF LOCKING NUT.
