SYSTEM: SAFETY CHAIN 'S' HOOKSVEHICLE DESCRIPTION: UTILITY TRAILERSCONSEQUENCES OF DEFECT: THIS COULD LEAD TO TOTAL BREAKAGE AND FAILURE OF THEHOOK RESULTING IN LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE TRAILER WHICH COULD RESULT IN ANACCIDENT.
