Defect Summary:
THE BOLTS USED TO ATTACH THE REAR BUMPER TO THE FRAME ARE DEFECTIVE BECAUSE OF A HYDROGEN EMBRITTLEMENT CONDITION.

Consequence Summary:
THE DEFECTIVE BOLT HEADS COULD SHEAR OFF AFTERINSTALLATION AND ALLOW THE BUMPER TO FALL OFF THE TRAILER, RESULTING IN A ROADHAZARD AND POSSIBLE VEHICLE ACCIDENT OR PERSONAL INJURY.

Corrective Summary:
REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE BOLTS WITH NEW BOLTS.
