You have got to be kidding!!!! My washer is only about 1 1/2 years old and its started to rust already around the bleach dispenser. What's that all about?? I didn't pay approximately $1600.00 for a washer and dryer that has these problems! I just recently bought, in the past two months, a Samsung refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and a microwave, am I to expect more problems from them? I purposely bought Samsung because I thought they had a good product, am I wrong???

According to my model number, my washing machine is one that has been recalled. When I went on line to further check, I submitted both the model number and the serial number. However, when I checked on Click, I was advised that the serial number is incorrect. I gave exactly what I took from the appliance. What is the problem?
