Problem/Hazard
The device can unexpectedly propel on the ground or unintentionally explode during use, posing a risk of burn injuries to consumers.

Injuries/Incidents
BJ Alan Co. has received two reports of incidents in which the product propelled on ground or exploded. One incident resulted in a minor burn to a consumer's foot.

Description
The products are smoke-producing novelty devices packaged in a 4.5-inch long cylindrical tube. "MAMMOTH SMOKE" is written on the side of the devices in blue and yellow. They were sold in sets with other types of fireworks.

Remedy
Consumers should immediately stop using the product and contact BJ Alan Co. for a replacement product.
