Problem/Hazard
The two-piece fuel tanks on the riding mowers can separate at the seam, causing fuel to leak. This can pose fire and burn hazards to consumers.

Briggs & Stratton Power Products Group has received two reports of fuel leaks. No injuries or incidents have been reported.

This recall involves Murray front engine riding lawnmowers with the model and serial numbers listed below. The model and serial numbers are located on an identification tag on the rear frame of the unit.
