The valve on my pressure cooker stopped s ealing. I ordered new parts to repair the valve several times, only to receive the wrong parts. I finally gave up trying to get parts to repair my pressure cooker.

I value my pressure cooker very much, and spent a sum of my hard earned money to purchase it. I hope you will assist me in getting my unit in operation again.

My pressure cooker has been in storage for 3 years. We have been renovating our home. I just happened to find the recall information online last night. Is it too late to receive the ZPD unit?
