Problem/Hazard
The glue connecting the candleholder could fail causing the candleholder to fall apart. This poses a fire and laceration hazard to consumers.

Description
The clear glass candleholders are vase-shaped and measure about 11-inches tall. "At Home with Meijer" is printed on a label on the bottom of the candleholders.

Remedy
Consumers should stop using the recalled candleholders immediately and return them to any Meijer store for a full refund.
