Sears promised me that I would have my compressor back by 9/7/11, then 12/11/11, then 12/15/11, and now the date is 1/3/12. Sears appears to be indifferent about the hassle this has been.

Is there any provision for an exchange?

My 15 gallon, 3.5hp is really to big for my applications.
