I purchased a Bissell ProHeat 2X.
I have used it a couple of times, each time
I have to replace the brushes before the job is done. What is wrong here?
The bearings on the brushes seem to burn up.
What are we doing wrong?
It works good through the washing cycle, when we sucking up the excess moisture from the carpet.

I contacted Bissel when i broke the belt to my shampooer. They contacted me the next day. I had several conversations with them, they sent me a return lable for my old shampooer. Told me I would receive a replacement in the mail with in 10 days. I just checked FEDEX, my new shampooer is on the way. I c ant wait.
