The pacifier comes in yellow, pink or blue colors and is made of silicone. Only "Stage 1" pacifiers are recalled. "Stage 1" and "Ortho" or "Bulb" are printed on the package. The recalled pacifiers have an oval-shaped mouth guard and "Pampers" molded on to the handle side of the mouth guard. The product comes two per package.Remedy
